Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Delicias De' Maria, we prepare our food fresh and work hard to provide every customer and event with a great experience. Please review the following refund and cancellation terms before placing an order or booking an event.

Regular Food Orders

Because our food is prepared fresh to order, all food sales are generally final once preparation has begun.

We do not provide refunds for:

Changes of mind after an order has been prepared
Food that was ordered incorrectly by the customer
Orders that are not picked up within the designated pick up period
Personal taste preferences

If your order in Incorrect, missing an item, damaged, or there is a legitimate quality concern, please contact Delicias De' Maria as soon as possible. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds and resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before food preparation has begun.

Once preparation has started, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our products.

Large or advanced orders may be subject to separate cancellation terms communicated at the time the order is placed.

Private Events & Catering

Submitting an event inquiry through our website does not reserve or guarantee an event date.

An event is considered confirmed only after Delicias De' Maria has:

Confirmed availability;
Agreed to the event details and pricing; and
Received any required deposit or payment,

Event Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure a private-event date.

Unless otherwise stated in the event agreement:

Deposits are non-refundable once the event is confirmed, because the date is removed from our availability and preparation may begin.
Any remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule provided for the event.
Failure to make required payments by the stated deadlines may result in the cancellation of the booking.

Customer Event Cancellations

If you need to cancel an event, please contact Delicias De' Maria as soon as possible.

Any Payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit may be eligible for refund depending on:

How far in advance the event is canceled.
Food, supplies, staffing, or other expenses already committed or purchased; and
The terms provided in the event agreement.

Any non-refundable costs already incurred for the event may be deducted from an otherwise eligible refund.

Event Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change.

Requests to move an event to another date will be accommodated whenever reasonably possible and are subject to availability.

If Delicias De' Maria can accommodate the new date, an existing deposit may be transferred to the rescheduled event at our discretion.

Additional costs may apply if the event details, guest count, location, menu, or other requirements change.

Weather & Unsafe Conditions

Delicias De' Maria operates a mobile food business and certain weather or site conditions may make service unsafe or impractical.

If severe weather or another unsafe condition affects an event, we will work with the customer whenever reasonably possible to reschedule the event.

Refunds or credits related to weather cancellations will be determined based on the circumstances and any costs already incurred.

Cancellation by Delicias De' Maria

If Delicias De' Maria must cancel a confirmed event and cannot provide the agreed service or arrange an acceptable alternative date, the customer will receive a refund of payments made to Delicias De' Maria for the canceled service.

We are not responsible for indirect or incidental expenses incurred by the customer in connection with the event.

Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Delicias De' Maria prepared food in an environment where common food allergens may be present, including but not limited to milk, eggs, wheat, soy, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame.

Although we take reasonable care when preparing food, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

Menu, Pricing & Availability

Menu items, ingredients, pricing, and availability may change.

Photos shown on our website or social media are for presentation purposes and actual products may vary slightly.

Any event pricing, travel charges, service fees, or other required charges will be disclosed before the customer confirms and pays for the booking.
